Queensland

It is important to note that the Queensland Building Regulations have requirements which exceed the requirements of AS3745-2010 and must be complied with.

Organisations which intend to provide advice and services must have an Occupational Licence for the Emergency Procedures category, which is provided after a rigorous assessment of that organisations’ Technical and Financial  capability.

Statcom Systems has been granted a Trade Contractor Licence to provide services in Emergency Procedures and have several of its staff already trained and accredited with the necessary Occupational Licences in the Emergency Procedures category.

There are quite stringent requirements for providing immediate instruction to staff who commence with the organisation and other training needs which must be met within 30 days of commencing with the organisation.

Please call Statcom Systems if you are unsure whether you are complying with this legislation or require advice and assistance to ensure you can meet the Queensland BFSR Legislation.
